When I first started
working with Clint, I could hardly do a pushup, and could only do about
20 bodyweight squats before my legs got all wobbly. Now I can do twenty
good pushups, and recently won a free session by doing
300 bodyweight squats in less than ten minutes. When Clint ties my progress
to his pocketbook, I know he cares about my results and has total confidence
in his methods.
I see a lot of
other people working out with personal trainers, and they keep doing the
same boring exercises over and over again. That never happens with Clint.
Even after two years, I am constantly amazed by how he keeps coming up
with new things that I've never seen anyone else do. Try a few sessions
with Clint and you'll see for yourself. I could hire any personal trainer
I want. I'm sticking with Clint.

In three months of working with
Clint, I lost 21 pounds and four inches off my waist, while cutting my
body fat percentage from 39% to 23%. I attribute that success to two things:
1. Clint has expertise in exercise and nutrition. That is hugely important, because I needed help in both areas in order
to turn myself around.
2. Clint's diets and exercise regimes are manageable.
The problem I always had in the past was that I would be too extreme in
my diets and workouts, and couldn't stick with them. With Clint, I could
work out 2-3 times per week for 30-45 minutes, and see real results. This
also helped me to believe that what I was doing
was going to work; I didn't have to guess or try to apply some generic
formula from a book. My program was designed for me.

I was 50, fat and flabby. I've
lost 38 pounds of FAT so far and feel twenty years younger! Clint is very
motivating. He keeps it interesting. I wouldn't still be doing this without

Clint is the best personal trainer ever! I have hired many fitness trainers over the past thirty years, including some of the highest priced personal trainers in the city. Most of them reminded me of used car salesmen - they were only concerned about their wallets. Clint really cares about me and my workouts. He is constantly changing my routine to keep it interesting. Working out used to be a chore. Now, I never get bored. I actually look forward to every session. And my progress has been great. I no longer dread getting old, because I know I won't be falling apart the way many people do. Clint is a true professional, and I would recommend him to anyone.

I began working out with Clint after a terrible back injury. Months and months of physical therapy had done nothing to relieve my pain or strengthen my core. I had been a good amateur triathlete for years, and when I started with Clint I could get out of bed on some days. Clint was very aware of my injury and careful with our exercises. But he made sure I got a good, balanced workout each session. I have been able to improve my strength and flexibility and loose weight by workin g out with Clint. Now I am back to racing and I feel great. I credit Clint with helping my solve a 3 year injury that no other medical professional was able to do. Thank you, Clint!

Admittedly, I was a bit skeptical about going to a personal trainer, but something about Clint’s non-salesman approach and genuine interest in my overall health convinced me to give him a shot. The first session was used for a fitness test, body fat measurement, BMI ratio, overall assessment, and goal setting. He asked about my diet and made recommendations. He was very clear about what WE had to do to see results, and explained that getting a physical workout was only a part of what was needed. We went over diet and cardio, and even took me grocery shopping - he taught me how to read ingredient labels and what they mean. Understanding what my body needs along with when is very important. His workouts were NEVER (and still are not) the same. At times, I wondered if he made this stuff up as he went along. It made me look forward to my sessions, and use some muscles I never knew I had. I never thought that a 50 minute workout would be so involved, extensive, or exhausting. Three months after starting with Clint, I managed to lose 13 pounds and 6% body fat. If that sounds too technical, all you need to know is that my body changed. All of a sudden, my jeans fit loose on the waist and tight on my legs. My shirts were tight around my chest, and my strength had increased dramatically. I had more energy than ever before, and I slept like a baby every night. I was, and still am very pleased with the results. To this day, I am still seeing great results, and feel healthier than ever. I have changed my eating habits because I want to, and still eat pretty much whatever I want. In summary, if you want definite results, and want a REAL trainer that pays attention to more than your workout –Clint is your man.
